Terms of service

1. PAYMENT TERMS. Full payment for services ordered is due upon drop of the unit. $99 PC Repair accepts all major credit cards and cash. Checks or debit cards are not accepted as a form of payment. When ordering non-stocked hardware, it's at $99 PC Repair's sole discretion whether to require payment before parts are ordered. Bench fees are included in the price of the service and are nonrefundable.


2. STORAGE. Customer agrees to pick-up computer and pay for service's rendered within thirty (30) days of service completion. If computer is not picked up within thirty (30) days a storage fee of $1 per day will be charged in addition to the original fee. If computer is not picked up within ninety (90) days it will be considered abandoned, according to California state law, and computer will become property of $99 PC Repair and will be sold to recover damages and non-payment.

3. GUARANTEE. You will be refunded if $99 PC Repair is unable to resolve your issue. In some instances, hardware may be required in order to resolve your issue. If the customer chooses not to order the needed hardware or to have us complete service to resolve the issue, a refund will be issued less the bench fee upon pick up ($30 to $50). All services include a thirty (30) day limited warranty from date of original pickup; further description of the limited warranty available on request.

4. LIABILITY. $99 PC Repair provides our services in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the computer systems for which you request such services. We will not intentionally harm your system. It is our goal to fix your computer. In the case of accidental damage or data loss to your system, further damage or data loss caused by already existing problems in your system such as viruses, misconfigured software, or hardware problems/failures, you agree to hold us, $99 PC Repair Center, and any persons associated with or involved in the work being done for you, non-liable for any damages resulting from such problems. $99 PC Repair is not liable for any and all irreparable damage. Unit's manufacturer warranty may be voided with service at anytime.

5. SERVICE AND SUPPORT. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We will backup our work with support services. Free support will be provided for problems requested to be resolved in the work order but not resolved within the 7 day warranty period. Additional support may be provided free of charge at our discretion.

6. INDEMNIFICATION. Client agrees to indemnify and hold $99 PC Repair Center harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, and/or fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against $99 PC Repair Center.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.

8. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

TERMS OF UNLIMITED PLANS

1. SERVICES COVERED AND NOT COVERED. $99 PC Repair Center Unlimited Plan covers all of our services described on our site; including all service upgrades. Hardware is not included and any hardware required, to resolve an issue, will be charged according to the payment terms in this agreement. Computer training and non-repair services are not covered in the Unlimited Plan unless we choose to do so by our sole discretion.

2. TERM. This Agreement will remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months and is non-refundable. $99 PC Repair Center reserves the right to restrict this agreement to 3 services a month at our sole discretion if we believe the unlimited service is plan is being abused.

3. TRANSFER. Client is able to transfer agreement to one (1) different computer per year. This is in the event the customer purchases a new computer and wants to transfer agreement to this new computer. Any additional transfers within a given year will require a onetime set-up fee of $99.99 per new computer.

PRIVACY POLICY We respect your right to privacy and have taken steps to ensure that any information you provide to us will remain safe and secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your credit card number and is the industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions. When you order service with $99 PC Repair, the information you provide is used only to fulfill your order with us and will not be shared with any other companies. As part of your free membership, we may send correspondence via email from time to time.
